The paradox of the junior recruitment market is that it is saturated with recruiters, yet still seems vacuous. We have inherited the obsession with excellence from our founders at One Search, and intend to raise the bar in the junior recruitment segment. We will not risk our reputation for a “quick fee”. We are here for the long term, to fill the void.
Vetted Candidates
Tried and tested
To ensure the quality of our candidates, we test them on the qualities most important to our clients:
- Cognitive Aptitude: Our CCAT testing enables us to grade candidates’ general intelligence against their peers
- Information Processing: Designed by NASA, the MRAB test tells us how well a candidate will deal with stressful and fast-paced scenarios
- Financial Modelling (where appropriate): Our proprietary 30 minute model test was devised by former Head of Financial Modelling for DWPF, Graham Bloomfield
Only those candidates who pass all relevant tests are accepted onto our books, and presented to our client base.
This prevents our clients investing several hours on candidates who then fail the model test. Or even worse, hiring a candidate who presents well but later turns out to be deficient in intellectual horsepower.
