Infrassocs was born in 2024 to tackle the very specific needs of the modern day hiring manager in infrastructure and energy transition investing. But our roots in the industry go back to 2006, when our sister company positioned itself at the very heart of the asset class, building out the very first infrastructure funds.
Clients recall fondly the fast, cost-effective junior-focused service which, crucially, did not waste their time. Time is our clients’ most precious commodity, and they cannot afford to waste it meeting inadequately pre-vetted junior candidates who do not pass muster.
Global reach
We are a global firm with offices in both London and New York. We understand the need to have boots on the ground in a market if we expect to be taken seriously within it. Meeting our clients and candidates is critical in being able to deliver a tailored service to both.

Scholarship Program
For years, it was clear to our founders that achieving true gender diversity in our sector required more young women to enter the field. So, in 2018, Dan McCarthy seized the initiative and set up Young Women Into Finance, a scholarship program aimed at the very brightest but most socio-economically disadvantaged young women, who don’t have an obvious route into the finance world…
